I only give 2 stars because when I go they get me in and out and they are nice, BUT they never return calls, never answer the phone, even when it says their open on their website they are never open the door is always locked. I take my own color off and wire just so I can brush my teeth correctly since they never answer. I’ve had this color in since February and was supposed to go back march for my last appointment. I ended up missing it due to another appointment and I’ve been calling and going to the door since… it’s August

They get one star because they did help straighten my top teeth but they aren’t very good. I was supposed to have braces for a year they said needed up being 2 years and my bottom teeth got worse from them. They messed up my teeth with builder. She once had a glove on that her finger was poking through… I hope they improve.

She rude and after I miss one appointment 6 years ago she dismissed me . Even when I called asking can I pay out of pocket for her to remove my braces they said they can’t knowing damn well no other orthodontist don’t do other ppl work … 6 years later I still need my braces removed

I went here for about 5 years. It was the worst medical experience ive had. My brackets would fall off even with soft food. It happened so often it set me behind. They would give me bands to wear but I was unable due to one of my brackets being half broken. They would then get upset that I wasn't wearing them. The doctor was rude and never communicated with my parents. If my mom asked a question they would be upset. I would wait for an hour just for a 5 minute appointment. There was no parking and one time my mom parked in the doctors spot, which was unlabeled, and was asked to move her car down the road.

I have been taking my son to Dr. Holte for a few years now. I can say that my sons teeth were jacked up and they are tremendously getting better, he is just getting his braces on. They have canceled a few appointments over the few years, and don’t like it, but I have never waited long as a patient, I say NEVER. I’m always in and out. The staff had never been rude to me. I want to say to current and potential patients, if you already go here and continue, why write bad reviews? If you don’t like it go somewhere else. For a potential patient be mature and experience the place for yourself. Too many people are negative now days, and want to destroy everything and everyone else with their negativity. A lot of times it’s patients, that are rude. Don’t let your bad experience ruin someone else’ Possible good experience❤️
